1. General market risk

Trading foreign exchange, gold, and contracts for difference (CFDs) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Prices can move rapidly, gap, and be affected by events outside anyone's control.

2. Automated trading risk

MT5 Gold EA executes automatically. Automated systems can be affected by software errors, VPS/hosting or power failure, connectivity loss, platform or broker outages, slippage, requotes, spread widening, latency, and incorrect settings. You are solely responsible for your trading account, your operating environment (including VPS and connection), the settings you run, and for monitoring your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by such factors or by market conditions.

3. Strategy-specific risk (grid / recovery)

The EA uses a straddle entry with a grid/recovery methodology. This means it may add to losing positions and accumulate exposure as price moves against a basket. While the EA includes safeguards (equity protection, basket and balance checks), these are risk-management features only and do not guarantee against significant or total loss. Adverse, sustained market moves can produce large drawdowns and may exceed your expectations.

4. Minimum balance and conditions

The EA requires and checks minimum balances (USC 100,000 for cent accounts, USD 50,000 for standard accounts) and will not trade below them. Meeting the minimum reduces certain risks but does not eliminate the risk of loss.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or discussed. Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent limitations.
