Running the EA yourself means a cent account — that's what keeps the entry point at roughly USD 1,000. Cent accounts aren't offered everywhere, though: US and Canadian residents in particular won't find one, and plenty of people would simply rather not keep a terminal running themselves. This is the route for both. We host it: the engine runs on our own dedicated server, trading your account, which stays in your name at your broker. Nothing moves to us.
Why not just run it yourself on a standard account? Because that isn't a route we offer. MT5 Gold EA is licensed and supported for cent accounts: it checks the balance at startup and will not trade below USC 100,000 (about USD 1,000). The balance gate it applies to a standard account is far above anything a reader here is likely to be starting with, so we don't send anyone down that road and we don't pretend it's a choice. What we run on our own server is a different setup, sized for a standard account from USD 1,000, and that difference is the whole reason this route exists.
Why it's free
Exactly the same reason the self-hosted EA is free: when you open your account through our partner link, the broker shares a small part of its own spread with us. You never pay anything extra, and there is no management fee and no performance fee.
That model points us in the same direction as you. We earn a little each time your account trades, which means we only earn while your account is alive and still trading. An account that blows up stops paying us — permanently. So the incentive isn't a spectacular month; it's an account that's still here next year. That's exactly why the risk controls are set conservatively, and why we'd rather explain a quiet month than engineer a loud one.
What stays entirely yours
- Your money never leaves your account. It sits with your broker, in your name, under your login.
- We cannot withdraw it. Brokers only pay out to the account holder's own verified payment method — never to a third party.
- You can end it in one minute. Change your account password and our access is gone, instantly, no notice and no questions.
- You can watch everything. Log in any time and see every position and every closed trade as it happens.

One page: what we do, the settings we run, that we have no withdrawal authority, that results aren't guaranteed, and that you can revoke access whenever you like.
Secure handover, then we connect
You hand over the terminal password once, through your own logged-in client portal — encrypted, read a single time, then deleted. We start the terminal and you can watch it trade.
