• Activation request (web form): your name, email address, chosen account type, selected broker, trading account number, and confirmation that you opened via our partner link.
• Licence validation (from the EA): when the EA checks your licence, it transmits your trading account number, broker server/company, and EA version to our licensing service to confirm eligibility.
• Email correspondence: any information you include when you contact us.
• We do not collect your broker password, and we never have trading control over your account.

2. How we use it

• To verify your account is registered to our partner programme and meets eligibility (including minimum balance).
• To activate your licence and send you your licence key and the EA download link.
• To provide support and communicate with you about the Service.
• To confirm referrals with our partner brokers.

3. Legal basis

Where applicable (e.g. under the GDPR), we process your data to take steps at your request prior to and during the provision of the Service (contract), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

4. Sharing and processors

• Partner brokers (Vantage, RoboForex, IC Markets, PlexyTrade): we may confirm referral and account status. Their own privacy policies govern data you provide directly to them.
• Service providers: our backend and licensing data are hosted with Supabase acting as a data processor on our behalf.
• Fonts/CDN: the website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
• We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your licence is active and as needed for the purposes above, then for any period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email info@mt5goldea.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses only what is necessary to load and display the page. Partner-broker sites you click through to may set their own cookies under their policies.
