Hosted Account Agreement
01What we do
You give us the terminal password for one MetaTrader 5 trading account that you own. We log that account into a MetaTrader 5 terminal running on our own server and run our automated trading software on it. The software trades XAUUSD and EURUSD at a position size of 0.01 lots, using the risk settings we have chosen and tested. We monitor that it keeps running.
We do not trade your account manually, we do not take individual trading decisions for you, and we do not change your settings to something materially different without telling you first.
02What stays yours
- The account is yours. It is opened in your name, at a broker you chose, and your money never moves to us at any point.
- We have no withdrawal authority. Brokers pay out only to the account holder's own verified payment method. We cannot send your money anywhere, and we will never ask you to enable anything that would let us.
- You keep full access. You can log in whenever you like and see every open position and every closed trade.
- You can end this immediately by changing your account password. You do not need our permission, you do not need to give notice, and you do not need to explain. Telling us afterwards is polite but not required.
03What it costs, and how we are paid
You pay us nothing. There is no management fee, no performance fee, no setup fee and no hosting fee.
We are compensated by your broker: because your account was opened through our partner link, the broker shares a small part of its own spread or commission with us on the trades your account makes. This does not increase your trading costs beyond the broker's normal spread. We are telling you this plainly because you are entitled to know exactly how we earn from your account.
04Risk — the part that matters most
Trading gold and currencies with leverage is high risk. You can lose money, and you can lose a large part of your deposit.
- The strategy uses recovery positions. This means an open basket of trades can sit at a significant unrealised loss for hours or days before it closes. That is normal behaviour for this strategy, not a malfunction — but it does mean the value of your account will fluctuate, sometimes sharply.
- There is an automatic stop: if your account's value falls roughly 30% below its highest point for that day, the software closes everything and stops trading until the next day. This limits how bad a single day can be. It does not prevent losses, and it does not protect against every scenario — a violent market can move through it.
- Past results, ours or anyone else's, are not a promise about your account. We do not guarantee a profit, a rate of return, or that any particular month or year will be positive.
- Only take part with money you can genuinely afford to lose.
05Your password, and how we handle it
You give us the terminal password once, through your logged-in client portal. It is encrypted the moment it arrives, shown to us a single time so we can log the terminal in, and the stored copy is then deleted. If we do not collect it, it deletes itself automatically.
After that, the password exists only inside the MetaTrader terminal profile on our server — which is protected by full two-factor authentication. We will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or any messaging app. If anyone ever does, it is not us.
You may change your password whenever you wish. If you do, the terminal will simply stop trading until you choose to send us the new one.
06What we are not
We are not your financial adviser, not a bank, not a broker, and not a fund. Nothing we say is personal investment advice, and this arrangement is not a collective investment scheme — your account is separate, individual, and your own. You are responsible for deciding whether this is suitable for you, and for any tax arising on your own trading results.
You confirm that you chose your own broker and that you are permitted to hold an account with them from where you live.
07Ending the arrangement
Either of us can end this at any time and for any reason. You end it by changing your password or telling us. We may end it — for example if the software is retired, your balance falls below what the strategy needs, or hosting is no longer practical — and we will tell you when we do.
When it ends, we log the terminal out and remove your account from our server. Your account, your money and your trading history remain entirely yours.
08Limits of our responsibility
We will run your account carefully and honestly, with the same software and settings we use ourselves. But we cannot be responsible for trading losses, for broker failures, slippage, spread widening, requotes or execution problems, for internet, server or platform outages, or for anything caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility to you is limited to acting in good faith and to what we have actually been paid in connection with your account.
Nothing in this agreement limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
09Accepting this
You accept this agreement by ticking the acceptance box in your client portal at the moment you hand over your terminal password. We record the date, the version above, and the email address you were logged in with. You can ask us for a copy of that record at any time.
